Our Business Manger

Julia has been the Business Manager of Associated Orthodontists since March 2010 and has been working in the healthcare industry for 12 years. She loves the variety of her job as Business Manager working with patients, marketing, financial, clinical and in other important departments. Julia is a board member of the Miracle League of Joliet and enjoys golfing, cooking, and shopping.

Scheduling Coordinators

Meet our Scheduling Coordinators. This team is ready to help make appointments and answer any questions they can regarding your orthodontic experience.

Lynn & Marisa coordinate our Joliet office.  

• Lynn has been with Associated Orthodontists for 40 years. She enjoys meeting patients and their families and seeing patients' smiles when treatment is completed. Her hobbies include gardening, reading, shopping, baking, exercising and relaxing on the beach in Michigan and Florida.
   
• Marisa has been working for Associated Orthodontists as a receptionist since August 2009. Her favorite thing about orthodontics is how quickly smiles change using braces and appliances. She enjoys gardening, crocheting and cooking.  

Joan & Kathleen coordinate our Frankfort office. 

• Joan has been working at Associated Orthodontists as a receptionist since June 1998. She loves meeting patients and parents and talking about the latest technology the doctors are using to make great smiles.  She enjoys reading, being outdoors, arts and crafts and spending time with her family.
   
• Kathleen has been working at Associated Orthodontists as a receptionist since June 2004. She likes watching the doctors interact and have fun with their patients.  Her hobbies include bible study, gardening, book clubs, traveling, biking, swimming, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.                   

• Sue has been working for Associated Orthodontists since January 2009.  Her favorite thing about orthodontics is seeing the transformation of patients throughout treatment and the resulting positive self-esteem. She likes NASCAR racing, traveling, boating, home decorating and good food.
   
• Linda has been with Associated Orthodontists since July 2011.  When you enter the Morris or Plainfield office, you will be greeted by Linda's beautiful smile. She is always finding ways to make every patient's experience one of a kind! She loves interacting with the patients & seeing how their smiles progress with each appointment.  When she isn't busy jamming out to her favorite music, she is most likely enjoying the wonderful weather by gardening, taking on old, dusty bike trails and traveling to far off places.

Treatment Coordinators

Meet our Treatment Coordinators. You will be given a tour of our office, discuss treatment and financial options, and be able to ask any questions you may have about our latest technologies in orthodontics.

• Kari is the Treatment Coordinator for our Frankfort and Bourbonnais offices. She has 7 years of orthodontic experience.  Kari has been working for Associated Orthodontists since September 2011. Her favorite thing about being a Treatment Coordinator is meeting the new patients and their families. She loves taking trips to the beach & enjoys relaxing with family & friends with a movie or dinner.
   
• Trudi is the Treatment Coordinator for our Morris and Plainfield offices.  She has been working for Associated Orthodontists since February 2009 and has 3 years of orthodontic experience prior to her current position.  Her favorite thing about orthodontics is seeing the before and after pictures of each patient. Trudi loves traveling, biking and gardening. 
   
• Lauren is the Treatment Coordinator for our Joliet office.  She has been working with Associated Orthodontists since April 2008 and has 5 years of orthodontic experience prior to her current position.  Her favorite thing about working with the doctors is their enthusiasm for what they do and their interaction with the patients.  Lauren enjoys cooking, camping, fishing, going to concerts and spending time with her family and dog.

Financial Coordinators

Meet our Financial Coordinators. Associated Orthodontists knows braces are an important investment. These ladies want to help set up one of our various payment plans to fit your budget. Any questions regarding payments, insurance, or benefits will be directed to our financial coordinators.

• Cindy has been working for Associated Orthodontists since July 1984.  Cindy also coordinates all financial tasks for our locations. She enjoys meeting new families and building a rapport at the start of treatment and seeing patients leave with happy smiles at the end of their treatment. Her hobbies include playing golf, taking trips to the beach and spending time with her family.
   
• Cynthia has been working for Associated Orthodontists since September 1987.  She coordinates the financial tasks for all of our locations.  Cynthia loves working with great coworkers who are also lifelong friends.  Her hobbies include singing with "Sweet Adeline's," reading and spending time with her children and dachshunds.
   
• Sandy is our Financial Coordinator and has been working for Associated Orthodontists since October 2008. She has 8 years of orthodontic experience and was previously a Clinical Assistant. Her favorite thing about orthodontics is hearing patients talk about how easy it was to have their braces put on. Sandy enjoys volunteering, watching her children at their activities, relaxing by her pond and spending time with her family and friends.
   
• Nancy has been working for Associated
  Orthodontists since March 1985.  She coordinates our financial for our Morris and Plainfield locations, in addition to many other clerical responsibilities. She enjoys working and being part of her Morris community.  Her hobbies include running, shopping, dancing, gardening and playing tennis, golf and bridge.  

Marketing Team

• Janna has been the Marketing Director at Associated Orthodontists since October 2011 and has been in the marketing and advertising industry for the past 7 years. Trading in a good night's sleep for midnight feedings, this new mom loves being able to use her creativity in her day-to-day activities.  When she's not brainstorming the next big idea, she's most likely planning her next party, creating quirky theme songs for TV shows or relaxing with her husband, Chris, and daughter, Ella.
   
• Kari is the Marketing Coordinator and has been working for Associated Orthodontists since December 2004.  She wears many hats around the office, including coordinating both internal and external marketing initiatives. Not only does she have the magic touch in marketing, but she is also a licensed massage therapist!  So whenever the ladies at the office need a little TLC, the first person they look for is Kari.  Besides having her hands full with massages and a career, she still manages to find time to be a full-time mother and wife, as well.  

Joliet Clinical Team

• Erin is a Clinical Assistant. She enjoys running, shopping, and spending time with her family and dog, Turner.
   
• Karen is a Clinical Assistant.  Her hobbies include watching old scary movies, shopping and spending time with her family.
  

• Alicia is the Clinical Coordinator for our Joliet office. Her hobbies include having a good time and spending time with her family and friends.
  

• Julie is our 'go-to' girl. When she's not sterilizing, you will see her taking photos and x-rays, along with aiding us in all of our computer needs and sugar fixes! She has a passion for decorating cakes and baking delicious treats.  She is an art appreciator of all sorts.  Julie always keeps us laughing with her sarcasm & witty sense of humor. Currently trying to travel and experience life as much as she can, she also appreciates being at home where she can relax and read while under the watchful eyes of her five felines.  

Frankfort Clinical Team

• Amy is a Clinical Assistant.  Her hobbies include playing sports and spending time with her children.
   
• Aime is our Clinical Coordinator for the Frankfort location.  Her hobbies include cooking, baking, watching sports such as hockey (Blackhawks) and football (Bears), and spending time with her family, friends and dog.
   
• Brittany is a Clinical Assistant. Her hobbies include bike riding and spending time with her family.
   
• Patti is a Clinical Assistant.  Her hobbies include knitting, sewing and traveling.
   
• Ashley is a Clinical Assistant and an aid to the front desk.  Her hobbies include traveling, volunteering at the animal shelter, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
   
• Lorie is our Steriliation Technician.  Her hobbies include observing wildlife, hiking and spending time with her family.

Clinical Team

• April is a Clinical Assistant.  Her hobbies include yoga, watching movies, reading books and enjoying bonfires with friends and family.

• Amy is a Clinical Assistant.  She has a passion for animals and enjoys shopping and concerts.
   
• Erin is the Clinical Coordinator for our Morris and Plainfield locations. Her hobbies include scrap booking, reading, doing word searches, going on road trips and spending time outdoors.  
   
• Jeanine is a Clinical Assistant. Her hobbies include traveling, gardening, biking, camping and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
   
•  Carrie is a Clinical Assistant. She loves scrapbooking, going to the movies & doing a "Girls Day" with her daughter. She also loves spending time with family & friends.

Laboratory Technicians 

Meet our lab technicians. They custom make most of our appliances in our Joliet location. This helps keep patient costs down and speed up delivery times.

• Linda Don't let her title of 'Lab Goddess' fool you, as she has a wide spectrum of other talents as well! Not only does she consistently garden and supply us with a bounty of fried green tomatoes and a plethora of flowers, but she also adores sewing and decorating. In fact, many of our chairs were upholstered by Linda in a variety of wildly, fun patterns; be sure to check them out!  When she's not busy with planting and designing, she enjoys bumbling around her home with her husband, Marc, and their two cats, Priscilla and Cecelia.
   
• Christa has been with Associated Orthodontists since November 1992 and is our all-star appliance designer. The best way to know if she's in the office is to listen for her laugh! When she isn't using her magic fingers to bend wires, she is using them to tickle her daughter Aubrey, knit and garden. Christa actually makes very beautiful, trendy scarves and she loves to use her green thumb to keep her yard looking pristine!
