Bracing for Summer

Summer is not officially here yet. But, for us orthodontic folks, summer started back in March. You see, summer is known as the “busy season” in the ortho world, so we’ve been working on treatment schedules, ordering supplies and booking summertime appointments for months now.

This is why we need your “Summer Help”... today.

To help keep new smiles on schedule, minimize inconveniences for our patients and maintain extraordinary customer service, we’re asking our patients for some extra help.

MASKS STILL REQUIRED
Even though Illinois has lifted its indoor mask mandate, masks are still required in Healthcare Facilities — including dental offices. Thank you for your cooperation.

ON TIME = SMILE MILES
Arriving for your appointment on time helps keep our schedules on track and allows us to spend quality time with our patients. PLUS — you can get one step closer to your favorite gift card by earning 5 SMILE MILES POINTS for being on time!

LATE ARRIVALS & CANCELLATIONS
If you are running late or need to cancel an appointment, please call our office right away. We’ll do our best to accommodate your appointment needs. Late arrivals could have an extended wait time or may need to be rescheduled in consideration of other patients’ needs. Rescheduled appointments may affect overall treatment time.
