We got exciting news at our last visit that he has only one more adjustment appointment, then he will get scanned for his retainers, and lastly his braces will be coming off in December 2017! Also offer a great insurance plan for retainers and made a mistake and made it right for without even asking to. They really care, and I love the music and vibes. I come early and seen the team huddles and how it had good leadership and meet two different orthodontist during my stay, and both are great. I also got to learn about some of their hobbies and vacations.I never had one bad experience during my nearly 3 years coming. Thanks for the new smile and confidence!"

The entire process was so efficient from scheduling appointments to handling changes, problems (broken brackets, lost rubber bands, etc) to answering insurance questions. But the face to face communication with the ladies at the front desk, the orthodontic assistants who came out to update us after every single appointment, and the orthodontists themselves, who helped explain each phase and then review the progress, made our time there a 5 star experience. And will insure that we bring our *third* child to begin her orthodontic journey soon..."

"This is our second round of braces for our daughter. Round one brought an expander for her upper palette and braces to straighten out all her teeth. Round two will tweek a a few things and then add rubber bands to correct an overbite. The reception area is always welcoming and happy to see us. Paperwork was quick and to the point. "I had a great experience at Associated Orthodontist in Frankfort. They are one of the few places in the area that offer the Damon braces I wanted. The prices of their payment plans were very reasonable after I applied my insurance benefits. Scheduling was very easy even though the facility is not open five days a week. The doctor and staff were very friendly and willing to answer questions. Super clean and comfortable environment. My teeth look great and couldnāt be happier with the results.My only small complaint would be the reward system. I received information about it the initial application day, but you get so much information I admittedly forgot about it. It was only until the final visit 18 months later did I have a technician discuss and apply my points. I would have definitely participated and received more if all the techs did it at each visit of an occasional reminder. (But itās a great point system and encourage everyone to participate if you can). I also referred a friend a few months ago, but no gift card was ever received."
