The entire process was so efficient from scheduling appointments to handling changes, problems (broken brackets, lost rubber bands, etc) to answering insurance questions. But the face to face communication with the ladies at the front desk, the orthodontic assistants who came out to update us after every single appointment, and the orthodontists themselves, who helped explain each phase and then review the progress, made our time there a 5 star experience. And will insure that we bring our *third* child to begin her orthodontic journey soon..."

"Great experience from the women at the front desk who greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. To the Fast services. Never had to wait more than a few minutes for my scheduled appointment. Speedy and efficient technicians. Dr. Pat jones was able to correct one of my concerns when my tooth wasn’t responding as planned and he adjusted the anchor so that my tooth swiftly corrected its position. Shout out to Dr. soderquist to fit me in during his busy schedule to grind some extra bonding between two of my teeth so that I could floss. A+++service all around!!! Would highly recommend. "So far, so good! From the original consult to the main event everyone has been extremely personable and helpful. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including their rewards program, which I thought was a great perk to keep kids engaged and motivated to take care of their braces.My son loves his braces, and less than 24 hours later, he somehow broke a bracket 😩. I called, and they squeezed us in the same day and fixed it immediately, no hassle, no long wait. I absolutely loved that level of care and responsiveness. Very professional staff, highly recommend."

"I had a great experience at Associated Orthodontist in Frankfort. They are one of the few places in the area that offer the Damon braces I wanted. The prices of their payment plans were very reasonable after I applied my insurance benefits. Scheduling was very easy even though the facility is not open five days a week. The doctor and staff were very friendly and willing to answer questions. Super clean and comfortable environment. My teeth look great and couldn’t be happier with the results.My only small complaint would be the reward system. I received information about it the initial application day, but you get so much information I admittedly forgot about it. It was only until the final visit 18 months later did I have a technician discuss and apply my points. I would have definitely participated and received more if all the techs did it at each visit of an occasional reminder. (But it’s a great point system and encourage everyone to participate if you can). I also referred a friend a few months ago, but no gift card was ever received."
